The science behind Equazen®

Public health guidelines recommend one portion of oily fish per

Recommended dosage

Equazen® Chews:
Suitable for use in children aged 3 years onwards

Starting dose:
Take 6 chews per day for the first 3 months.

Maintenance dose:
Take 2 chews per day thereafter.

Active ingredients

Essential fatty acids (EPA, DHA & GLA)

Each chew contains:

Omega-3 fatty acids (fish oils) 400 mg of which:
EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 93 mg
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 29 mg


Omega-6 fatty acids (Evening primrose oil, Oenothera blennies L.) of which:
GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) 10 mg
